Support for Trainees <\/strong>means going beyond technical and creative training<\/strong>. Our goal is to contribute to the growth of well-rounded individuals<\/strong>, prepared for the reality of the society in which we live<\/strong>, valuing both the professional aspect<\/strong> and the social and human aspect.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

More than just preparing professionals for the future<\/strong>, Student Support<\/strong> promotes personal and academic growth<\/strong>, ensuring access to opportunities<\/strong> that reinforce practical, creative and professional training.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ways to Support Trainees:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

To fulfil this purpose, we offer a range of services that support trainees throughout their education, training and integration into the labour market:<\/p>\n\n

Entry into the Labour Market<\/strong>Through optional JUMP \u2013 Professional Integration Support extracurricular internships, trainees apply their skills in real-world contexts, facilitating their transition into the professional world.<\/p>\n\n

Personal Development Support<\/strong>Specialised support to ensure that each student progresses not only academically, but also in terms of human and social development.<\/p>\n\n

Financial Support<\/strong>The Lu\u00eds Lobato<\/strong> and Training<\/strong> grants ensure equal opportunities, allowing more students to access the practical and creative training that characterises ETIC_Algarve.<\/p>\n\n
