With this commitment in mind, a team composed of the educational director Nuno Ribeiro, the trainers of the Video <a href=\"https:\/\/eticalgarve.com\/curso\/pos-producao-de-video-e-vfx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Post-Production and VFX<\/a> course, Ricardo Fl\u00f4xo and Patr\u00edcio Fa\u00edsca, and the trainer and tutor of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eticalgarve.com\/curso\/videojogos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Video Games<\/a> course, Artur Filipe, travelled to Madrid to visit <a href=\"https:\/\/voxelschool.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voxel School<\/a>, one of the 50 best digital arts schools in the world.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/main><footer class=\"footer svelte-29epsp\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"toggle-container svelte-no183s no-border\" data-testid=\"side-panel-glossary\">\n<div class=\"settings-section switch-container svelte-no183s\">\n<div class=\"switch-content svelte-no183s\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/footer><\/p>\n<noscript class=\"loading-lazy\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"175\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eticalgarve.com\/files\/uploads\/2025\/10\/blog-post1-300x175-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5918\" style=\"width:290px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/noscript>\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>This staff mobility took place within the scope of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eticalgarve.com\/in_motion-v6-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IN_motion 2024<\/a> project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, and its main objective was to absorb methodological references, explore technical infrastructure and identify good practices that can be applied to ETIC_Algarve courses, both in the new Video Post-Production and VFX course and in the already established Video Games course.<\/p>\n\n<p><main class=\"main-content svelte-29epsp\">\n<div class=\"main-content svelte-mhuesr\">\n<div class=\"translator-container svelte-bad754\" data-testid=\"side-panel-translator\">\n<div class=\"output-area svelte-10aez33\" dir=\"ltr\" data-testid=\"side-panel-output\">\u201cThe main objective of this visit was to acquire knowledge, methodological references and insights into technical infrastructure for the implementation of a competitive VFX course aligned with market needs in the Algarve region and beyond.\u201d \u2013 <strong>Ricardo Fl\u00f4xo and Patr\u00edcio Fa\u00edsca, trainers on the Video Post-Production and VFX course.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/main><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Highlights of the visit:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><main class=\"main-content svelte-29epsp\">\n<div class=\"main-content svelte-mhuesr\">\n<div class=\"translator-container svelte-bad754\" data-testid=\"side-panel-translator\">\n<div class=\"output-area svelte-10aez33\" dir=\"ltr\" data-testid=\"side-panel-output\"><strong>Practical Methodology<\/strong>: Like ETIC_Algarve, Voxel School focuses on a practical approach, where theory is always aligned with real-world application in the market.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/main><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><main class=\"main-content svelte-29epsp\">\n<div class=\"main-content svelte-mhuesr\">\n<div class=\"translator-container svelte-bad754\" data-testid=\"side-panel-translator\">\n<div class=\"output-area svelte-10aez33\" dir=\"ltr\" data-testid=\"side-panel-output\"><strong>Vision for the Future of VFX<\/strong>: One of the major trends observed was the convergence between video, video games, and sound, forming what could be called the &#8220;golden triangle&#8221;
