Both <strong>applied the skills they developed during their training at ETIC_Algarve<\/strong> in a practical way, integrated into a real market project.<br\/><br\/>Joana developed the <strong>narrative and design of ECORIS<\/strong>, while Francisco Sim\u00f5es was the <strong>project manager<\/strong>, coordinating various stages of the video game&#8217;s development.<\/p>\n\n<p>Regarding this project, Francisco Sim\u00f5es highlights: <em>\u201cWe believe that interactive technology can go beyond entertainment; it can educate, raise awareness, and inspire change.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<noscript class=\"loading-lazy\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"630\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eticalgarve.com\/files\/uploads\/2025\/10\/blo-joana-e-Francisco.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6074\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eticalgarve.com\/files\/uploads\/2025\/10\/blo-joana-e-Francisco.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/www.eticalgarve.com\/files\/uploads\/2025\/10\/blo-joana-e-Francisco-300x175.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.eticalgarve.com\/files\/uploads\/2025\/10\/blo-joana-e-Francisco-1024x597.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.eticalgarve.com\/files\/uploads\/2025\/10\/blo-joana-e-Francisco-768x448.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/noscript>\n<div style=\"height:62px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Practical training that opens doors in the creative market<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Joana and Francisco&#8217;s participation in the development of this video game, as part of the Flow Productions team, shows <strong>the impact of training at ETIC_Algarve<\/strong> in building solid future professionals who are connected to the market. This achievement by our trainees reinforces the message we have been conveying <strong>over the last 15 years, that investing in practical training leads to integration into the job market<\/strong>.
