ETIC_Algarve leads the creation of games and digital management of the project, with international partners.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GameCrit Project: ETIC_Algarve Welcomes European Partners to Boost Critical Thinking Among Young People<\/h2>\n\n<p><main class=\"main-content svelte-29epsp\">\n<div class=\"main-content svelte-mhuesr\">\n<div class=\"translator-container svelte-bad754\" data-testid=\"side-panel-translator\">\n<div class=\"output-area svelte-10aez33\" dir=\"ltr\" data-testid=\"side-panel-output\">ETIC_Algarve was delighted to welcome its European partners from <a href=\"https:\/\/gamecritproject.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GameCrit \u2013 Use Digital Games to Boost Students\u2019 Critical Thinking Skills<\/a>, an Erasmus+ project that aims to implement digital games as a teaching tool for developing critical thinking skills in young people. This innovative project, involving seven European partners, is being developed until 2026 and is currently in the pilot phase in several countries, including Spain, Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Turkey and Poland.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/main><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ETIC_Algarve at the Centre for Educational Innovation<\/h3>\n\n<p>As a technology partner in this project, ETIC_Algarve&#8217;s mission is to create games that address relevant and contemporary issues such as Artificial Intelligence, Fake News, Hate Speech, Stereotypes, Inclusion, Migration, Renewable Energy and Conscious Consumption. The aim of these games is to promote the development of new skills in students and encourage them to reflect on these topics in an interactive and innovative way. (Katerini, Greece)<\/strong> \u2013 Secondary school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vision for the Future: Transforming Education with Innovative Tools<\/h3>\n\n<p>Nuno Ribeiro, Director of ETIC_Algarve, shares his vision for the project: \u201cGameCrit is a project that aims to transform traditional teaching, using the most innovative tools for students. Our contribution goes far beyond the creation of games.
