Dulcineia Dias, born and raised in the Algarve, holds a degree in Communication Sciences, where she dedicated herself to deepening her field of business communication. She later earned a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve and began her career in Digital Marketing in 2015.<\/p>\n\n
She is currently part of the Digital Gate team, where she started as a curricular intern and, in just two years, rose to the position of team leader, leading national and international projects in English and Spanish.<\/p>\n\n
Throughout his nearly ten-year career, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with brands such as Apple, GMS Store, HBO Max (Europe), Filmin, Turismo de Lisboa, Zoomarine, Dom Pedro Hotels & Golf Collection, Four Seasons International, Turismo do Canada, ANA Aeroportos, PHC Software, Dynabook, Bitdefender and Binter, among others.<\/p>\n\n
She has been a guest trainer since 2020 at ETIC_Algarve, where she enthusiastically shares her accumulated experience in customer management, team leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis.<\/p>\n\n
