ETIC_Algarve Hands On: a hands-on morning exploring creative fields

On 18 April, from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm, ETIC_Algarve is hosting ETIC_Algarve Hands On, a morning event designed for anyone who wants to try out, explore and discover different creative fields in a hands-on way. Throughout the event, you’ll be able to take part in various demonstrations in the fields of Video Games, Video, Sound, Design and Photography, creating a programme tailored to your interests.
If you’re looking for a more hands-on and realistic way to understand how people work in these fields, this is an opportunity to get to grips with tools, techniques and creative processes in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
What is ETIC_Algarve Hands On?
ETIC_Algarve Hands On is an event designed to introduce participants to various creative fields through hands-on experiences. Rather than being purely an exhibition-based event, the format allows each participant to explore different areas throughout the morning, with demonstrations lasting around an hour.
This means you can take part in various sessions, either within a single area or across different areas, depending on your interests. It’s a more dynamic way to discover what you enjoy, learn about different working methods, and gain a better understanding of how creative learning works in a practical setting.
How ETIC_Algarve Hands On works
ETIC_Algarve Hands On has been designed so that each participant can tailor their own programme throughout the morning. Rather than taking part in just one activity, you can choose from a range of sessions at different times and in different areas, depending on what interests you most.
Each session takes a practical approach and allows you to explore processes, techniques and tools related to the various creative fields. This gives you a clearer picture of what is taught and what is done in each field.
