Live InSight VIL & ZH bring raw, authentic hip-hop to ETIC_Algarve

Live InSight returns to ETIC_Algarve with VIL and ZH on 2 June at 5.00 pm for an intimate live hip-hop concert that combines authenticity, social awareness and hands-on learning in a creative atmosphere that brings the audience closer to the performers.

More than just a show, it will be an opportunity for artists and the audience to come together, where music, social awareness and authenticity come together in a relaxed atmosphere, with free admission.

A hip-hop project born out of reality

VIL & ZH come together on stage to weave a narrative where personal and collective realities intersect. Their songs, whether solo or collaborative, tackle relevant social issues through honest and thought-provoking lyrics.

The project was launched in 2022, following an invitation to perform together at the Faro City Walls. Since then, the show has continued to grow and establish itself in venues across the country, always retaining its own unique identity.

The collaboration between the two MCs and DJ and producer Serra has also given rise to the artistic collective CRU, further enhancing the project’s creative and musical scope.

Who are VIL & ZH?

VIL

VIL emerged in 2022 with the release of the single “Na Minha Cabeça”, showcasing a raw and introspective style from the outset.

His music reflects a personal view of the world, exploring themes such as identity, social pressure and individual consciousness. Following tracks such as “Na Minha Cabeça” and “Ena Pá 2000”, he has continued to release new music, available on digital platforms and on the CRU YouTube channel.

In 2025, he also released a small collection of exclusive tracks on SoundCloud.

ZH

ZH stands out for his ability to improvise and his interventionist writing style, which is strongly influenced by the culture of the charolas of Bordeira.

He began his solo career in 2024 with “FAIXA DE G*ZA” and quickly made a name for himself thanks to the energy and authenticity he brings to the stage.

With a strong social conscience, he leaves his mark on every performance through honest, thought-provoking and infectious rhymes.

Course in Music Creation, Production and Sound Techniques

Trainees on the Music Creation, Production and Sound Techniques course are responsible for setting up the venue, technical operations and live sound recording.

Professional Photography Course and Film, Cinema and TV Production Course

.

Trainees from the Professional Photography and Film and Television Production courses are responsible for capturing images and video footage, documenting the entire concert.

It is at this intersection of art, technique and practice that true learning takes place. Outside the classroom, but within the realities of the workplace.
