Training Grant

The ETIC_Algarve Training Grant is a form of support for trainees who wish to attend our Technical Courses and who face financial difficulties

With this grant, we want to facilitate access to practical, creative and professional training in the school’s different Training Areas, promoting equal opportunities and encouraging talent, imagination and creativity.

What does the Training Grant consist of?

The Training Grant is awarded through an exchange between a year of study and part-time work at ETIC_Algarve in the form of an internship. Trainees who take up the Training Grant gain soft skills that are highly valued in today’s job market, accumulate experience and complete the Technical Course in their chosen field.

Who can apply:

It is intended for candidates enrolled in a Technical Course at ETIC_Algarve who meet the requirements set out in the Training Grant Regulations.

The Training Grant is valid for one academic year, and candidates may reapply the following year.

Its purpose is to support candidates with financial difficulties and good profiles in the areas of Design, Sound, Photography and Video. This scholarship does not confer the right to remuneration.

• Income tax return for the calendar year prior to the start of the academic year of application, or that of the household if you are a dependent

Analysis and decision

The decision shall be communicated at least 15 days prior to the start date of the courses.
